Domestic Sales Administrator
Job Functions:

Responsible for placing domestic sales order into computer system

Processing orders received by email, EDI and fax into our ERP System

Obtain freight quotes for customer orders
-
Communicate with Shipping / Receiving Department to ensure all paperwork is completed and orders are scheduled to ship on time
-
Create customer card in ERP system
-
Send and process new customer credit applications and paperwork
-
Complete any required trainings
-
Answer incoming phone calls and direct as necessary
-
Answer any customer complaints and forward as needed
-
Generate reports as defined by management
-
Office filing and other duties
Job Requirements:
-
Customer service experience – 1 year minimum
-
Phone etiquette
-
Strong communication skills
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Computer proficiency; Typing, fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Competencies and Authorities:

High School or equivalent
Physical Demands:
This is a position where sitting, standing, walking and bending occurs on a daily.
