Order Entry / Customer Service Representative
Objective:
Currently seeking an Order Entry / Customer Service Representative to support our Sales Team.
Job Functions:
- Receive, review and acknowledge orders with any necessary changes
- Enter / update orders in company database
- Print orders for warehouse
- Create and print packaging configuration paperwork
- Process shipments for each order through EDI
- Create carton labels
- Create Shipping Notice and Customer Invoice
- Email / Phone correspondence with customers
- Answer phones / greet office visitors
- File daily or as needed
- Assist in ALL office areas when needed
Job Requirements:
- Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years office experience preferred
- Computer literate; fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong prioritizing and organizational skills
Physical Demands:
This position will require long periods of sitting. Also, standing, walking, bending and kneeling that can occur on a daily basis.
