Order Entry / Customer Service Representative


Currently seeking an Order Entry / Customer Service Representative to support our Sales Team.

Job Functions:

  • Receive, review and acknowledge orders with any necessary changes
  • Enter / update orders in company database
  • Print orders for warehouse
  • Create and print packaging configuration paperwork
  • Process shipments for each order through EDI
  • Create carton labels
  • Create Shipping Notice and Customer Invoice
  • Email / Phone correspondence with customers
  • Answer phones / greet office visitors
  • File daily or as needed
  • Assist in ALL office areas when needed

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years office experience preferred
  • Computer literate; fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong prioritizing and organizational skills

Physical Demands:

This position will require long periods of sitting. Also, standing, walking, bending and kneeling that can occur on a daily basis.
